We are a new and rapidly growing organisation that was established to support the NHS in the management of sustained system pressures, driven by increased demand and backlogs.
We are powered by a team of experienced Health and Public Sector management consultants from a broad range of professional backgrounds, including clinicians, nurses, administrative staff, information analysts and senior managers. Our combined experiences put us in a distinctive position to understand and support the needs of the health service.
